Lott's Classic

Darren Lott, author of the Street Luge Survival guide, webmaster of buttboarding.com, and original member of Team Sport'n Wood.  Darren is one of the major players behind the rise of buttboarding, mostly because of his Lott Classic buttboard. The Lott Classic is an inexpensive deck, and the first board designed to be a buttobard. 2605.jpg (341105 bytes)

Randal owns one of Darren's original Lott Classic's.

Darren loves to work with wood, and as designed some nice looking pegless luges out of wood.

While Darren had been making luges out of wood for a while, it was only recently that he started to craft some really interesting designs.

His first pegless luge was nicked named spooncat. He added foot pegs to race in EDI.

He through together, in a weekend, a gorgeous luge to participate in Streets

For most of the 2001 one season he raced this well crafted piece 2829.jpg (332871 bytes)

He broke out with a new design at the US Nationals

It comes in a few pieces. I love the tail end, its made of soft plastic, nothing to hook up on. Yes, Darren is a Happy Camper with his latest design.

In 2004 Lott introduced his latest design, the gumball machine.
